How is each box chosen?

From your dog's profile. Every box is assembled to exclude their confirmed and suspected triggers, with any prescription diet, size, age and dental needs taken into account.

What happens if my dog reacts to something?

Report it in the reaction log. That ingredient is removed across your entire future subscription immediately, and you get a free replacement box, no questions.

Can I check treats from other brands?

Yes. The Ingredient Check is free and unlimited for any treat from any brand. Photograph the label and it checks every ingredient against your dog's profile, flags triggers including ones under alternative names, and says plainly whether it is safe.

Are there options for elimination diets?

Yes. Novel protein and limited-ingredient options are available, coordinated with the veterinary protocol.

How much is a subscription?

32 to 48 dollars a month, depending on your dog's size.

Do I have to subscribe?

No. Individual products are available without a subscription.

Can I see where ingredients come from?

Yes. The full ingredient panel and sourcing are shown for each item in a box.

Why should I trust the treat label check?
